Sometimes you solve your challenges and get answers to your questions in one or two meetings, but often you use a mentor for a longer period. Having a mentor is developmental and common these days. We all need a sounding board, an advisor to discuss our personal development, conflicts in working life or to develop in our professional roles, and this applies to both managers and employees. It can also be about other issues that we have difficulty sorting out ourselves. A meeting is normally 90 minutes per meeting. Between meetings, communication takes place via e-mail and/or telephone with the mentor. Your needs guide the focus, and you can ventilate both urgent issues and long-term processes. If you are a private individual and choose to pay monthly for a mentorship yourself, you choose this service. The payment is carried out every 30 days and the payment are made via the credit card you register when you sign up for the service. You decide yourself when you want to end the mentorship, you do that yourself on My pages. There is no binding or cancellation period when you terminate the service ends immediately. A mentorship often runs for 12 months and often includes 10 mentoring meetings. Depending on the complexity of the mentorship's content, the mentorship can last for both a longer and shorter period. The mentorship can also be adjusted in terms of number of meetings per month and length of meetings depending on the need. IWe are happy to help make a personal match and suggest some mentors with the right knowledge and experience to be presented, making it easier for you to choose your mentor. The agreements are signed digitally for the mentorship and invoiced directly to your company. It also gives you a more flexible interval between your appointments than the service for individuals which provides one appointment per month.
